The World Hands Alliance is proud to announce a presentation at the Inn at Loretto in Santa Fe.  We welcome all to join us in our vision of a sustainable and triumphant rebuilding effort in Haiti. The report on the state of Haiti today, its history and future. The dream of creating the New Haiti is now a reality, construction has begun.

Having just returned from nine weeks in Haiti, living with Haitian families, World Hands Alliance, WHA, director Constantine Alatzas gives his perspective on the challenges faced by Haitians and relief workers.  Also he will report on the breaking ground of a WHA designed school that is state of the Art in terms of a healthy, self sustaining structure that will be a model for reconstruction of the island and the world.

With the devastation of the January 12th earthquake still evident throughout the country and now the cholera epidemic racing like a wild fire the path to recovery is littered with many obstacles.  In spite of these facts the WHA commitment is that the human spirit of compassion and innovation will prevail.

Matisse at Villa Le Reve $25.45 Henri Matisse lived at the villa Le Reve in Vence from 1943 to 1948. At the heart of the book lie Matisse’s props as they are arranged and rearranged, eventually to be fixed in some of the greatest paintings of the twentieth century.
